Trapani Essence è un appartamento accogliente e luminoso situato nel cuore del centro storico di Trapani, in una tranquilla traversa di Via XXX Gennaio.

Qui sarete immersi nell’atmosfera genuina della città, a pochi passi dalle sue attrazioni principali: la Cattedrale di San Lorenzo, la Chiesa di San Pietro, il Museo Pepoli, Parco Regina Margherita, la suggestiva Spiaggia delle Mura di Tramontana con sabbia bianca ed acque cristalline, raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata di 3-4 minuti, e ancora tutte le vie e i punti di interesse del centro storico fino alla Torre di Ligny, uno dei simboli della città di Trapani. L'appartamento si trova tra il Mar Mediterraneo, con gli imbarchi per le isole Egadi, e il Mar Tirreno, con l'area balneare.

L’appartamento si trova al terzo e ultimo piano di una piccola palazzina ed è arredato in modo semplice e funzionale, pensato per offrirvi il massimo comfort. All'ingresso troverete una cucina completamente attrezzata con forno, piano di cottura ad induzione, macchina del caffè, frigo e forno, con tutte le dotazioni per pranzare e cenare, come a casa vostra. Troverete inoltre una zona living con divano letto (2 posti) e Smart TV, una camera matrimoniale accogliente e un bagno con doccia completo di prodotti per l'igiene personale e asciugacapelli. A disposizione degli ospiti anche il Wi-Fi per navigare ad alta velocità e un climatizzatore per garantirvi una permanenza piacevole in ogni stagione. Sono inclusi ovviamente biancheria da bagno e da letto.

Sul tetto, subito sopra l'appartamento, si trova una terrazza condivisa dagli inquilini del palazzo. È un luogo semplice da cui si possono ammirare i tetti della città, con all'orizzonte la cupola della Chiesa di San Pietro. La terrazza può anche essere utilizzata per stendere gli indumenti lavati.

Grazie alla sua posizione strategica, Trapani è la base ideale per scoprire le meraviglie della Sicilia nord-occidentale. La funivia per Erice dista appena 10 minuti in auto, mentre in circa 30-40 minuti potrete raggiungere luoghi iconici come Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo, le saline di Marsala e la Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro.

Trapani Essence is a cozy and bright apartment located in the heart of Trapani's historic center, on a quiet side street off Via XXX Gennaio.

Here, you'll be immersed in the authentic atmosphere of the city, just steps away from its main attractions: the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, the Church of San Pietro, the Pepoli Museum, Regina Margherita Park, and the picturesque Spiaggia delle Mura di Tramontana with its white sand and crystal-clear waters, reachable with a short 3-4 minute walk. You'll also be close to the charming streets and points of interest in the historic center, including the iconic Torre di Ligny, one of the symbols of Trapani. The apartment is conveniently located between the Mediterranean Sea, with ferry departures to the Egadi Islands, and the Tyrrhenian Sea, home to the city’s beach area.

The apartment is situated on the third and top floor of a small building and is furnished in a simple yet functional style, designed to offer maximum comfort. Upon entering, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave, complete with all the essentials for dining and cooking just like at home. There is also a living area with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a Smart TV, a welcoming double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, complete with personal hygiene products and a hairdryer. Guests will also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay in every season. Bed linens and towels are, of course, included.

On the roof, directly above the apartment, there is a shared terrace for the building's residents. It’s a simple space where you can enjoy views of the city’s rooftops, with the dome of the Church of San Pietro on the horizon. The terrace can also be used to hang laundry.

Thanks to its strategic location, Trapani is the ideal base for exploring the wonders of northwestern Sicily. The cable car to Erice is just a 10-minute drive away, while iconic destinations such as Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo, the Marsala salt flats, and the Zingaro Nature Reserve can be reached in about 30-40 minutes.

Hier können Sie die authentische Atmosphäre der Stadt erleben, nur wenige Schritte von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt: die Kathedrale San Lorenzo, die Kirche San Pietro, das Pepoli-Museum, der Regina-Margherita-Park und der malerische Strand Spiaggia delle Mura di Tramontana mit weißem Sand und kristallklarem Wasser, der in nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Außerdem befinden Sie sich in der Nähe der charmanten Gassen und Sehenswürdigkeiten des historischen Zentrums, bis hin zum Torre di Ligny, einem der Wahrzeichen von Trapani. Beim Betreten finden Sie eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Induktionskochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle sowie alles, was Sie zum Kochen und Essen wie zu Hause benötigen. Es gibt auch ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa (für 2 Personen) und Smart-TV, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, ausgestattet mit Pflegeprodukten und einem Haartrockner. Den Gästen steht auch ein Highspeed-WLAN und eine Klimaanlage zur Verfügung, um zu jeder Jahreszeit einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind selbstverständlich inklusive.
